No - there are lots of formal and informal ways that folks can contribute to the Barn Party community.
Whether you are giving someone a ride, helping set up a tent, teaching something new, or providing company to someone in want or need β everyone who goes to Barn Party helps each other.Β
The formal list of volunteer teams was created after identifying a set of needs and tasks that consistently arise each year. Thank you for helping out in any way you can.
At Barn Party, everyone needs to do what's best for them and those around them. Things come up, and we understand.Β
To make sure everything necessary gets done without causing burden on any one person, we are hoping for volunteer teams a bit larger than necessary. This will help share the load so that everyone can also take care of themselves.
Please do your best to communicate with your team as your needs and availability changes.
Volunteers will be put in touch with each other and Barn Party leadership prior to the event.Β
Within each team, volunteers can work together to communicate and make a plan.
Information will be provided beforehand, and at Barn Party at the Volunteer HQ
